Terms of Service – Xtra Clean

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Xtra Clean’s cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Xtra Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services including carpet, upholstery, tile, and floor care. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

Appointments & Cancellations

1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

2. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pricing & Payments

1. Quotes are based on information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if actual conditions differ.

2. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Ensure safe access to the property and disclose any special conditions (e.g., fragile materials, pre-existing damage).

2. Secure pets and valuables before service.

Liability

1. While we take great care, Xtra Clean is not liable for pre-existing stains, damage, or wear.

2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address your concern.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
